Terms of use

Short and plain. By using PVP (the site, the Telegram bot and the alerts channel) you accept these terms.

1. What PVP is

PVP is a free information service. It reads public blockchain data (pump.fun launches, bonding curves, trades, migrations) and shows automated labels such as "Leader", "OG", "K.O.", "Rugged" or "Winner". These labels describe what our software sees at a given moment. They are not a prediction and not a recommendation.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on PVP is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing is an offer or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. You alone decide what you do with your money, and you alone are responsible for it. Read the risk warning.

3. Data "as is"

Data comes from third parties (pump.fun, Solana RPC providers, DexScreener and others) and from our own estimates. It can be late, incomplete or wrong. Feeds can stop. When we know a feed is down, the site says so, but we cannot promise it always will. PVP is provided "as is", without any warranty.

4. No custody, no wallet connect

PVP never holds your funds, never asks for your seed phrase or private key, never asks you to connect a wallet and never asks you to sign a transaction. Anyone asking you to do so "for PVP" is a scammer.

5. Outside links and partner links

We link to outside services (pump.fun, Axiom, GMGN, trading bots, X, Telegram). We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Some trading links are referral links: PVP may earn a share of the fees if you use them. It costs you nothing extra, and it never changes a score, a label or a verdict.

6. Paid spots for devs

Devs can ask for a paid spot (see the devs page). A paid spot never changes the score, the status of a coin or what a war page shows. We can refuse any request (red flags, offensive ticker, scam) and refund it. The details of each spot are agreed in writing before any payment.

7. Fair use

Do not abuse the site or its API (mass scraping, attacks, bypassing rate limits), do not use it for anything illegal, and do not pretend to be PVP. We can block access that harms the service.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PVP is not liable for any loss, including trading losses, lost profits or losses caused by wrong, late or missing data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Using PVP after a change means you accept the new terms.
